Is credit-card payment possible on BayamSellam.com?
No. Currently BayamSellam.com does not support credit-card payment, but we are currently in negotiation with some African banking institutions to setup a secure interface for enabling credit-card payments. As soon as such a secure interface is set and credit card payment is supported, we will inform you and provide usage instructions accordingly.

Is an e-mail address (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail etc.) required for using BS.com?
No. BayamSellam.com provides an internal messaging system, to allow communication between buyers and sellers. Therefore, even if you do not have an e-mail address, you can still use this service. However, we recommend you to indicate an e-mail address in the signing-on process, so that in case you forget your connection data, they would be sent to you via e-mail.
BayamSellam's internal messaging system has been created to address the fact that a large proportion of Internet users in the developing world are not familiar with the usage of tools such as e-mails.

I lost my password and I did not provide any E-mail address, how can I sign-in?
Normally if you lost your connection data (login or password), they would be sent to you via e-mail, if you provided an e-mail address when signing-in. If you did not provide an e-mail address, then please contact the BayamSellam.com staff on the phone and they will fix the matter upon verifying your identity. If such a verification is not possible, then we recommend you to create a new account and the previous one will be discarded.
