Process your orders and inquiries
Whenever a buyer places an order on one of the items proposed for sale, the seller receives a message for notification containing a secret code associated to that transaction. The seller than has two options:
  • To accept the order: If the seller can deliver the item to the buyer on the conditions both agreed on, then he/she accepts the order. A notification message is sent to the buyer to inform him/her that his/her order has been accepted and to share the transaction's secret code with him. Both the seller and the buyer can then proceed to agree on payment and delivery mode using internal BayamSellam.com communication, or external means, this after they have exchanged transaction codes for verification.
  • To cancel the order: If for any reason whatsoever, the seller cannot deliver the item to the buyer, then he/she may chose to cancel the order. The buyer would then be notified and the transaction would be cancelled
